The Role

- 2–4+ years of experience in office management, people operations or HR (combined experience strongly preferred)
- Proficient English level (written and spoken) – mandatory, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in an international environment
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
