Job DescriptionEvery role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. In this entry level role, the HR Operations Admin will play an integral part in supporting the HR team in a growing company. The HR Operations Admin will be tasked with a wide variety of responsibilities including administrative support, reporting, data entry, employee recognition, project management and other project-based tasks. Your specific responsibilities as a part of our team will include:
- Administrative and Team Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief People Officer and HR team, including scheduling, organizing meetings, managing files, and assisting with ongoing people initiatives.
- Benefits Assistance: Partner with the Sr. Talent and Rewards Manager to help administer company benefit programs. Support open enrollment, assist with employee questions, and help build benefit education materials that promote understanding and engagement.
- Safety Program Support: Work with the Facilities Manager to help maintain and update company safety programs, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe, healthy work environment.
- Employee Data Coordination: Accurately process and maintain employee data across various platforms and systems, ensuring records are up to date and organized.
- Employee Experience Support: Assist in administering recognition and performance programs, helping the team keep initiatives engaging and aligned with company culture.
- HR Reporting and Processes: Collaborate with the HR team to create, update, and maintain recurring reports and metrics. Help identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- HR Point of Contact: Serve as a key point of contact for general HR questions and inquiries, ensuring timely and helpful responses that reflect Trove’s people-first approach.
- Project Coordination: Support HR and cross-functional team projects by tracking progress, organizing materials, and helping with preparation and follow-up.
- Event Support: Assist the Events Committee with company events by helping with logistics, materials, setup, and day-of execution. Provide hands-on support to ensure events run smoothly and reflect Trove’s culture and values.
- General Department Support: Assist the HR team with filing, scheduling, and other administrative projects to help keep operations running smoothly.
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, proactive, a problem solver, team player and self starter.
- Optimistic, highly motivated and flexible with the ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work/communicate with various groups of team members, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance a must.
- A minimum of a one-year commitment.
- Prior HR or Admin experience preferred.
- Some college level coursework in Human Resources or related field a plus.
