Within the People Operation team, you have a great impact on the employee experience as you are supporting an employee’s professional lifecycle after he/she accept offer  until the off-boarding through his/her day to day needs.

Job Mission

Delivering the best employee experience by ensuring accurate and effective transaction handling. Supporting all People administrative processes and prompt inquiry solving. 

Job Description

  • Handles transactions from employee's request in HR cycle as a first contact
  • Handles operational tasks and quality checks, deals with implementation of new processes and identifies underlying issues. ​
  • Capability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Collaborates across teams to ensure structural improvement and/or expectation management is in place. ​
  • Responsible for own KPI delivery, performs deep dives and takes action if KPI is off-track. Report out of team KPI's towards internal stakeholders.
  • Participates in projects, representing the team. ​
  • Is in contact with different stakeholders and acts on their demands and expectations

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 1 ~ 3 years’ relevant working experiences in HR field. (*Experience in Workday is preferred) / New Entry (신입급) is also available with HR internship experience.

Personal Skills

  • Fluent speaking and writing skills in both Korean and English.
  • Proficient in systems and process manual.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with stakeholders.
  • Learns fast and picks up tasks quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment with team and diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
