Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
- Ensure adherence to standardized HR operating procedures and governance frameworks
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee documentation and records
- Maintain ERP systems' data accuracy (employee data, workflows, etc.)
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and periodic audits
- Generate dashboards and analytical reports for leadership review
- Coordinate system enhancements and support HR digital initiatives
- Employee Engagement & HR Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations
- Drive structured HR communication and policy dissemination
- Coordinate engagement initiatives in collaboration with HRBPs and leadership
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations
- Coordinate travel and logistics when required (sporadic)
Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR Operations in a structured corporate/GCC setup
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Zoho, etc.)
- High process orientation and governance mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical ability with proficiency in Excel/Google spreadsheets and HR reporting
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Qualifications
- Any degree, preferably in HR / Business Administration or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant HR Operations experience, preferably within a GCC or large corporate environment
