We are looking for a People & Office Operations Manager to be the heartbeat of our company. You will balance the world of HR (onboarding, culture, and policies) with the dynamic world of Office Management (logistics, snacks, and "vibe").
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Logistics:
- Be the environment-holder: Ensure our office is organized, fully stocked (coffee, snacks, stationery), and inspiring for the team.
- Act as the main point of contact for building management, cleaning services, and equipment suppliers.
- Manage budgets for office supplies and events.
- Provide administrative assistance to the leadership team when needed.
- Plan team-building online and offline events and manage our company merch and gifting programs.
Work with charitable foundation:
- Understand the request-to-report workflow and execute related actions.
- Keep reporting.
- Keep the website, social media and internal communication of the organization.
People Operations (option for growth):
- Work with the team member’s lifecycle, from first-day onboarding to the final exit interview.
- Maintain employee records, manage our HRIS, and ensure internal policies are clear and updated.
- Monitor team morale by ensuring regular touchpoints between leads and their teams, keeping our feedback loops healthy and documented.
- 1,5 years in an HR or Office Management role within a fast-paced environment (understanding of IT is preferred).
- High emotional intelligence, great communication skills, and the ability to stay organized when things get busy.
- English Level on A2/B1 level.
- Ownership: You don’t just spot problems; you suggest solutions and see them through.
