About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to own and elevate our People & Culture function in a high-growth, globally distributed B2B SaaS environment. This role is a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted point of contact for all employees -covering the full HR lifecycle from talent acquisition to performance, culture, and compliance.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment for technical, commercial, and operational roles -from job design to offer
Partner with hiring managers to build structured, bias-reduced interview processes
Design and continuously improve onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-impact
Lead bi-annual performance review cycles and manage 1:1 and feedback frameworks across teams
Build career ladders and competency frameworks tailored to SaaS functions (Engineering, Product, Sales, CS)
Identify L&D gaps and deliver targeted learning initiatives in collaboration with team leads
Drive employee engagement programs including surveys, action planning, and recognition initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and change management
Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture across a remote-hybrid, multicultural team
Maintain full compliance with Turkish Labor Law (4857) and relevant employment regulations
Oversee HRIS, payroll coordination, contracts, and personnel records with full accuracy
Prepare HR analytics and reporting dashboards to support data-driven people decisions
Manage relationships with external partners including payroll providers, legal counsel, and benefits vendors
Serve as a strategic business partner to department heads and the C-suite on organizational design and workforce planning
Support headcount planning, compensation benchmarking, and total rewards strategy
Lead or co-lead HR integration initiatives in the context of MobileAction's global expansion

What You'll Bring
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS, tech, or mobile-first company
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; known for building trust across all levels of an organization
Proven track record owning the full employee lifecycle in a team of 30–150 people
Experience building or scaling HR processes from early-stage to structured -not just maintaining existing ones
Strong data literacy: comfortable reading and presenting HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, engagement scores)
Fluent in English (written and verbal) -critical for cross-functional collaboration with our global teams
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Bamboo HR, Lever, or equivalent) and productivity tools (Slack, Google Workspace etc)
Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law, SGK regulations, and employment contract management
