We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Strategy Officer and President of Asia Pacific Sales.

In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by facilitating smooth communication and collaboration within the leadership team, ensuring that our strategic goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Role and Responsibilities 

  • Strategic HR leadership : Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals in the region and improve overall performance. Collaborate with the Regional Leadership to align Human resources initiatives with the business objectives 
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives. 
  • Employee Relations : Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
  • Human Resources Operations : Lead efforts to streamline processes to cover the end-to-end employee lifecycle and enhance operational efficiency
  • Onboarding and Induction : Provide globally consistent onboarding experience for new hires. 
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to meet regional needs.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR policies are compliant with local laws and regulations in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. Regularly review and update HR policies and practices to meet changing legal requirements and business needs.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. 
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with global HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices and policies. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager 
  • Excellent knowledge of local laws and compliances 
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and the ability to leverage data for business insight.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
