We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions. This is a hands-on role where you will handle everything from recruiting to benefits administration, ensuring compliance, and supporting our employees and leadership team.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
  • Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement.
  • Oversee annual insurance renewal process, working with brokers and vendors.
  • Serve as primary contact for employee benefits questions and support.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and terminations as needed.
  • Administer and oversee workers’ compensation claims and reporting.
  • Act as a trusted resource and advisor for employees and managers.
  • Lead employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives.
  • Support leadership with organizational planning and people strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience with strong recruitment and benefits administration background.
  • Proven experience managing benefits, insurance renewals, and workers’ compensation.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
