Job DescriptionGrowthDesk is looking for a HR Manager to join our team to as we pursue our next phase of growth.
This is a full time permanent role and we are looking for an experienced HR manger who is familiar with broad functional areas including recruiting, performance management as well as compensation and benefits.
What you will be doing:
- Manage our recruiting pipeline, working with CXOs to identify talent needs
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment efforts
- Onboard and integrate new joiners, allowing talent to thrive within the organization
- Coordinate learning, development and training initiatives
- Manage annual performance measurement and compensation initiatives
- At least 4 Years experience in HR across various functional areas
- Experience across recruiting, talent management and performance management
