Responsibilities 

As our Human Resources Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all HR matters and play a crucial role in building and optimizing our HR processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Office, your responsibilities will include: 

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. 

• Manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires; 

• Support and help automate payroll processes, working towards a more efficient and scalable system; 

• Develop and implement a new personnel handbook, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law; 

• Establish a salary house, assessment system, and benchmarking structure to align with industry standards; 

• Manage employee evaluations and performance reviews; 

• Handle all employee concerns; 

• Drive initiatives to digitize and streamline HR procedures; 

• Support international hires with visa processes and ensure full compliance with Dutch labor laws; 

• Reporting directly to the headquarters in South-Korea; 

• Other duties may be assigned according to ad hoc needs 

Who Are We Looking For? 

We seek a hands-on HR professional who enjoys both operational and strategic HR tasks. 

Must-Haves: 

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a similar role in an international company, fast-paced tech environment, or gaming industry in a similar role (HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Advisor, or comparable position) 

• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices 

• Experience in payroll processes and HR automation 

• Fluent in English  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

Nice-to-Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field 

• Korean proficiency 

• Fluency in Dutch 

• Experience in the gaming industry 

• Knowledge of Workable or other HR software 

• Knowledge of Korean culture
