- Experience managing technical engineering teams and operational staff across sites (HCMC and Hanoi)
- Hands-on HR experience with ability and maturity to implement changes and take initiative on office issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Background from manufacturing/FMCG (non-tech) is unsuitable
- Ability to speak English to collaborate with regional peers (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore)
