We are now looking for a Human Resources Manager (m/f/x) to join our team in Paris, overseeing all HR activities in France across Retail, Wholesale, and Showroom populations.
As HR Manager France, you will act as a trusted business partner to local management and employees, ensuring HR alignment with our group strategy while supporting the operational and people needs of our teams. You will supervise and support a HR Coordinator focused on HR operations for the Retail population.
You will take ownership of strategic HR topics for France and drive key initiatives contributing to people development, compliance, and organizational efficiency.
Your ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & CoordinationManage and develop the HR Coordinator responsible for Retail HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Ensure consistency, alignment, and high-quality service across all HR processes.
People & Organization Development
Support local leaders in workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
Oversee performance management, training, and career development initiatives.
Promote engagement and retention by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on labor law, disciplinary matters, and conflict prevention.
Ensure compliance with French labor legislation and internal policies.
Lead social relations and represent HR in CSE matters.
HR Operations & Projects
Supervise payroll coordination and personnel administration in collaboration with external partners.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and tools.
Contribute to the implementation of a new HRIS at group level, ensuring local adaptation and smooth deployment.
Participate in HR reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Law (specialization in labor law is a plus).
Relevant experience in a generalist or HR Manager position, ideally in the Retail or Fashion sector.
Solid knowledge of French labor law and social relations.
Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to balance operational demands with strategic initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
Experience with Workday is a strong advantage.
