We
are looking for a proactive and outcome-driven manager with non-IT, non Banking companies experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Performance
Management.
Key
Responsibilities
1. HR Operations: Manage end‑to‑end employee
lifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin-related
activities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
2. Talent Acquisition: Manage end‑to‑end
recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning.
3. Performance Management: Enhance employee
productivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback
records.
