HR Licensing & Credentialing Specialist - Intern

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our HR Licensing and Credentialing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working alongside experienced professionals who are leaders in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with Insurance licensing and registration related tasks
• Conduct research and gather data to support departmental projects.
• Collaborate with team members
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights.
• Support daily operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in High School or in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in [relevant field, e.g., Finance, Marketing, Computer Science] or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or Insurance industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook, Excel and Word
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
