  • Use Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and approved authoring tools to produce accessible, brand-consistent learning resources.
  • Translate approved policies, standard operating procedures, and workflows into practical instruction and role-specific learning resources.
  • Develop measurable learning objectives, knowledge checks, skills assessments, and competency checklists for review and approval.
  • Manage assigned content-development projects from initial requirements through drafting, stakeholder review, revision, and approved delivery.
  • Facilitate approved new-hire orientation, role-specific, compliance, refresher, and professional-development training.
  • Engage adult learners through demonstrations, discussion, simulations, case studies, practice, and constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate and support approved 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding milestones and role-specific competency development.
  • Administer approved assessments, document results, support assigned remediation, and escalate significant or recurring competency concerns.
  • Partner with supervisors and subject matter experts to reinforce learning and consistent operational practices.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, pre- and post-training assessments, competency results, completion rates, and appropriate workplace performance indicators.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to maintain training trackers, analyze learning data, and prepare charts, pivot tables, dashboards, and reports for Director review.
  • Recommend improvements to instructional materials and training delivery; implement approved changes.
  • Maintain assigned learning management system course catalogs, enrollments, assignments, attendance, completion records, and assessment results.
  • Coordinate training calendars, invitations, locations, virtual platforms, equipment, materials, and participant follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation to support applicable organizational, grant, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain content inventories, source references, and version histories; distribute only approved, current materials.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and subject matter experts while protecting confidential employee and patient information.
  • Uphold TFHC policies, learning standards, and expectations for respectful communication, cultural awareness, teamwork, and service.
