Job Description

Are you passionate about digital HR solutions and want to help shape the future of human resources? Then you've come to the right place: Take on a central role in our Corporate Process Technologies team in IT and work with us to drive the further development and technical support of our globally deployed HR systems – with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, personnel planning and reporting. Use your IT expertise and enthusiasm for innovative HR processes to actively shape exciting projects. We look forward to your support – at our locations!

  • Support and further development of the SuccessFactors modules Compensation, Employee Central and Story Reporting
  • Help shape global and demanding processes such as the annual remuneration and bonus round as well as personnel planning and cost planning
  • Conceptual development and support of the HR reporting landscape, in particular Story Reporting and Query Manager
  • Identifying new technologies and innovative (AI) approaches to optimise HR processes
  • Providing technical support for a wide variety of integrations and interfaces
  • Moderating workshops and helping to shape HR processes in collaboration with related teams, such as software development, finance, BI and IT operations
  • Recording and reviewing new requirements, as well as planning implementation, taking into account overall processes and system architecture
  • Coordinating and managing external service providers

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in managing IT projects, moderating workshops and designing business processes
  • Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Compensation, Employee Central and Reporting modules, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the SuccessFactors platform
  • Enjoy working with data and have strong analytical skills
  • Structured and goal-oriented approach to work
  • A high level of English (C1) is required.

Skills Required

  • Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable field
  • Several years of experience managing IT projects, moderating workshops, and designing business processes
  • Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors platform
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting including Story Reporting and Query Manager
  • Experience providing technical support for integrations and interfaces
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
  • Structured and goal-oriented working approach
  • High level of English (C1)
