Job Description

You are passionate about digital HR solutions and want to help shape the future of strategic talent management? Then you’ve come to the right place: Take on a key role in our Corporate Process Technologies team within IT and drive the further development and technical support of our globally deployed HR systems together with us. Use your IT expertise and your enthusiasm for innovative HR processes to actively contribute to exciting projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end responsibility for the support and strategic development of SuccessFactors Succession & Development – including career planning, development, mentoring and talent pools
  • Ensuring stable operations as well as the continuous development and strategic expansion of the growth portfolio
  • Identifying new technologies and innovative (AI-driven) approaches to optimize talent management processes
  • Supporting cross-functional IT projects within Digital Services GmbH
  • Gathering and evaluating new requirements and planning their implementation, considering overall processes and system architecture
  • Coordinating and managing external service providers

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in leading IT projects, facilitating workshops and designing business processes
  • Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in Succession, Development and Employee Central, as well as a holistic understanding of the platform
  • Structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • A high level of German (C1) and English is required.

Skills Required
