- Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection decision-making process.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization.
- Support the performance management process by assisting with the preparation of performance appraisal materials and tracking performance evaluation timelines.
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, organizing training materials, and tracking employee participation.
- Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR professionals, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
- Stay up-to-date with HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with employees at all levels of the organization.

Requirements
