Introduction
The sector Human Resource & Organization (HR&O) proactively supports the business and its strategy as an ambassador of the management vision on “people are the key asset of ASML”. HR&O is responsible for the development and implementation of all activities concerning HR&O Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning, International Mobility and more. A part of the HR&O department is HR&O for the Business Line EUV. The team consists of 5 HR Business Partners working in Veldhoven.
Your assignment
You will be a member of our HR EUV Team, which is operating directly with the business and provides holistic end to end solutions. Next to your school assignment or project, you will work alongside your HR colleagues and support them with their daily business.
Key deliverables include, but are not limited to:

Providing operational support to the HR Business Partners, line management and employees.

Ensuring the HR Year calendar (talent & performance management, succession planning) is executed in a timely and quality way.

Supporting in HR and/or business projects, for example about diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, or leadership development.

All other daily activities in the field of HR which support and add value to the business.
This is an apprentice internship for 4 to 5 days a week with duration of minimum 6 months, but preferably 12. This internship can be extended to a graduation assignment. The start date of this internship is as of September 2025.
Your profile
To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

Are a bachelor or master student with a background in Human Resources, Organization Studies, Business Administration or another related study area;

Are an excellent international communicator and have well-developed analytical skills in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach;

Are a team player and not afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
Other requirements you need to meet

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
