Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Location: Chengdu (On-site / Office-based)
Duration: 6 months (Full-time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and support initiatives that directly impact our people and culture, all while developing valuable skills in a multinational setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and passionate about people, with strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will support a wide range of HR activities, including:

• Talent Acquisition
  • Post job openings on internal and external career platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Support
  • Assist with pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Accurately input and maintain employee data in Workday.
  • Help organize employee files to ensure compliance and completeness.
• HR Operations & Engagement
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support (e.g., filing, data entry, document management).
  • Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement initiatives (e.g., wellness programs, appreciation events).
  • Support cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Discreet, reliable, and committed to upholding data privacy and confidentiality.
