We are looking for an HR Intern to be part of our Human Resources team, based in Istanbul.

Job Description:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Screening applicants, conducting recruitment processes in BambooHR, arranging interviews, updating hiring reports, and candidates' lists in projects.
- Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintaining agendas.
- Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
- Performing orientations of new staff.
- Preparing and posting job advertisements in the company’s career portal and LinkedIn page.
- Scheduling and managing interviews and confirming all relevant details.
- Updating job listings and information, as needed.
- Facilitating accurate and timely communication with applicants.
- Preparing and sending offer letters.
Required Qualifications:
- Be able to work min. 4 days a week.
- Fresh grads, last year of university or master's students.
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
