Accountabilities:
- Assist in the execution of day-to-day HR processes, including employee record management, HR data tracking, and report generation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational workflows, ensuring processes are efficient and compliant.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing existing HR processes to find opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with identifying system issues and collaborate with the HRIS team to troubleshoot and resolve them.
- Support the testing of new system features and updates, documenting results and providing feedback.
- Develop and implement automated workflows using microsoft power automate or excel macros or other extended systems to be able to provide simple dashboarding
- Ensure that HR data is accurately input and maintained in the HRIS system.
- Support various HR initiatives, including employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management and employee engagement activities and initiatives
The Individual and their Experience:
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
- Keen interest in HR and burning passion for people!
