About Job

CENTIFIC GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, SLU is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience across various HR functions within a dynamic global solutions company.
Responsibilities:**
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Support onboarding activities for new employees, such as preparing new hire paperwork and organizing orientation materials.
* Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) accurately and confidentially.
* Assist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
* Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training sessions and company events.
* Research and compile information on HR best practices, policies, and regulations.
* Assist with employee relations inquiries and support the resolution of basic HR-related issues.
* Contribute to various HR projects as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications:**
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
* Prior internship or work experience in an office environment is a plus, but not required.
