HR Intern - Talent Operations Intern
On-Site Hybrid
Part time (10-20 hours) during December-May/Full Time schedule during summer
Wilmington, Delaware
CSC is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful student to join our Colleague Experience team within Human Resources in our Wilmington, DE office.
We would like someone to start part-time (10-20 hours) in December 2025 and work part-time through May 2026. Starting in May 2026, the expectation would be to work full-time through the summer. The ideal candidate will be able to work morning hours (Eastern Time) to overlap with our Talent Operations team in India.
This role blends hands-on HR operations with program leadership, supporting the systems and processes that power HR while also serving as a peer leader for CSC's company-wide intern program. The ideal candidate enjoys both behind-the-scenes execution (data, systems, reporting) and front-of-room facilitation (engaging peers, leading sessions, and organizing events).
Key Focus Areas
  1. HR Operations & Administration - Support operational and administrative work across Learning & Development, Talent, and HR systems.
  2. Intern Program Leadership - Design, deliver, and continuously improve the CSC Intern Program experience.

What You'll Do
Program Leadership & Engagement
  • Serve as a peer leader and primary point of contact for CSC's summer interns.
  • Design and deliver the intern program syllabus, learning materials, and communications.
  • Plan and facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions, networking events, and developmental activities.
  • Keep a dispersed group of interns connected and engaged throughout the program through creative communications and events.

Operational & Administrative Support
  • Respond to HR tickets and emails from shared HR mailboxes.
  • Support MyCSC Learn (LMS) administration including module creation, assignments, and tracking completions.
  • Build and maintain HR SharePoint pages, ensuring content accuracy and usability.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards using mid-level Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
  • Partner across HR teams to support special projects and process improvements.
  • HR Operations: How large-scale HR processes and systems work behind the scenes across a global organization.
  • Program & Event Management: How to design and facilitate engaging learning experiences for a diverse intern group.
  • LMS & SharePoint Administration: Hands-on experience maintaining enterprise learning and communication platforms.
  • Professional Communication: Develop strong business writing, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Learn how HR teams partner across regions, including the U.S. and India.
