Engagement: Manage and lead the employee engagement initiatives
Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance to people managers on complex employee relations issues (e,g sick absence, redundancy, performance and discipline)
Payroll: Oversee the monthly payroll and benefits process with the HR Advisor and Finance department
Benefits Administration: Coordinate with the Benefits Broker the renewal of policies
Cyclical HR activities: Work with the wider HR team to implement and lead the cyclical HR processes, e.g goalsetting, mid-year and annual appraisal, promotions, development action plans, salary reviews, employee satisfaction survey, and talent processes.
Learning and Development: Liaise with the internal technical learning and L&OD team to create a learning schedule.
Wellbeing: Develop and implement the well-being programme within the business.
DEI: Work with the central team to create and implement DEI initiatives
Policies & Procedures: Create and maintain the policies and procedures
HR Projects: Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects and create and implement agreed action plans.
HR Metrics/Employee Surveys: Participate in the analysis of key people metrics and the Employee Satisfaction Survey. Manager the creation implementation of an action plan to improve business performance and drive employee engagement.
