The HR Generalist manages HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration, supporting a positive and effective workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
- Manage employee records and HR compliance
- Support benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- HR experience required
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
