About the Role:

Provide end-to-end partnership to Pakistan office in all key HR generalist areas such as talent management, engagement & wellness, reward & recognition, people operations and ER. Key focus areas include:

HR Business Partnering:

  • Partner with functional people managers to be a sounding board and implement HR initiatives that support needs of the business and support organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR matters, including talent management, performance reviews, and employee relations.
  • Work closely with the HR Lead in implementation of our broader portfolio of People Strategy at work.
  • Advocate & promote the LS&Co Way and &Co Expectations.
  • Lead and deliver all employee engagement & wellness programs.
  • Identify & improve DE&I focus for the business in alignment with global strategy.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Assist to identify potential employee-relations issues and make recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements as per country laws.

Talent Management:

  • Coordinate in the process of recruitment and new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Coordinate with regional Talent & Development partner on learning interventions and talent initiatives for the country.
  • Coordinate with regional Rewards partner to administer employee benefits enrollment, provide input and recommendation in benefits review and renewal process.

HR Operations:

  • Compile various monthly and quarterly dashboards and statistical analysis for HR Lead
  • Maintain and update employee data on Workday and AskHR ensuring data integrity
  • Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and practices to match with business needs and strategies, in accordance with stated corporate objectives and legal requirements.

Key Relationships:

  • External service vendors like hiring agencies, outsourcing partners, local legal counsel, benefits service provider.
  • Internal stakeholders include departmental heads, Finance, Administration, Rewards & L&D.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • TTT certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 5-6 years’ of experience in HR function, with focus on business partnership & employee relations.
  • Experience of Workday / SAP and or HRIS / ATS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

Functional Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create data-driven insights.
  • Self-driven and a go-getter
