Flow Traders is looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR & Recruitment team in Hong Kong. The role will focus on providing operational support to our employees across Singapore, Hong Kong and China. What You Will Do
- Be the first point of contact for employee questions, providing operational and HR support as you address both in-person and email queries
- Manage the administration of APAC benefits including medical insurance, leave days etc.
- Support with the administration of the HR system to keep employee records up to date
- Responsible for the administrative requirements for onboarding new joiners and supporting current employees, including the drafting of contracts (new hires / transfers), letters, preparation of employer statements etc.
- Support on relocation matters for internal transfers
- Support on visa processing
- Maintains a positive work environment by championing employee engagement. Partner with Office Management to run these events from time to time.
- Manage the yearly engagement survey process and work with global stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Support on ad hoc HR projects from time to time
- Support and help coordinate Recruitment activities in the region
What You Need to Succeed
- A degree holder with 2+ years of relevant HR experience ideally, or recent/fresh graduates with a passion for HR are encouraged to apply
- Affinity for systems with strong working experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communicator able to work with a strong sense of confidentiality
- Multitasker with strong time management skills
- Innovative thinker striving for continuous improvement
