About the Role

Are you passionate about leading operational excellence in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment? Are you yearning for an opportunity to utilize your creativity to grow a scaling process? We are looking for a HR Generalist to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. We are a culture-first organization that works relentlessly to maintain our culture. 

The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. This position works closely with HR personnel to ensure employee files and HR records are well organized and maintained and with management to ensure standards and laws are adhered to.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Assists with HR administrative duties.

● Guides employees through HR policies and company guidelines.

● Assists in generating internal documents regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies.

● Manages onboarding and offboarding programs.

● Educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.

● Maintains personnel files for employee.

● Manages various company programs including: company expense program, social media, organization chart, employees birthdays & anniversaries.

● Post and manage job openings and work with managers to update job descriptions.

● Records data of newly hired employees, terminations, and employee transfers, promotions, and pay changes.

● Benefit administration assistance.

● Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

● Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities

● Effective problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking

● Strong empathy and interpersonal skills

● Effective leadership and coaching skills

● Strong attention to detail and analytically driven

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word) and HRIS

● Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.

● Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion

● Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects

● Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization

Educational/Experience Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)

● 1-2 years related experience

Compensation: $57-68k
