You’ll be instrumental in building a strong people culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR strategies align with Cloudelligent’s values and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training & development, and offboarding.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with Cloudelligent’s culture and goals.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including guidance on compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, and compliance issues.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health plans and other perks, ensuring timely enrollment, changes, and communication.
- Own the performance management process to drive a high-performance, feedback-rich culture.
- Develop and execute initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
- Leverage HR data and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay current on best practices and legal regulations in HR and proactively implement improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field. (HR certification or an advanced degree is a plus.)
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a tech, SaaS, or cloud-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (e.g. BambooHR or similar platforms) and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience designing and launching employee engagement and learning & development programs.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and adapt to change quickly.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
