About This Role:

Employee Support & HR Operations:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and HR-related inquiries.
  • Respond to HR hotline calls, emails, and employee requests with professionalism and urgency.
  • Provide guidance regarding policies, procedures, attendance, leave, and HR processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, documentation, and operational processes. 

Employee Relations & Manager Support:

  • Assist with employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and documentation.
  • Support investigations, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and policy administration.
  • Partner with managers to ensure consistent employee practices and documentation.
  • Help foster a workplace culture built on fairness, accountability, and respect. 

Leave, Attendance & Compliance:

  • Coordinate and support administration of PTO, ESST, FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and other leaves of absence.
  • Track attendance and leave-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
  • Partner with payroll and operational teams to resolve employee issues effectively. 

Onboarding, Training & Engagement:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee records.
  • Support employee training programs, compliance training, and development initiatives.
  • Assist with employee recognition, engagement activities, surveys, and culture initiatives.
  • Help deliver a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. 

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment documentation as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

· 3+ years of HR Generalist, HR Operations, Employee Relations, or related Human Resources experience.

· Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple HR functions.

· Working knowledge of leave administration, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, attendance management, and HR documentation.

· Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

· Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. 

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms.

· Experience supporting training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance tracking.

· Recruitment coordination experience.
