What You’ll Be Part Of:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle across HARMAN Lifestyle Hungary, covering our locations in Pécs, Budapest and Székesfehérvár. You will act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations while contributing to employee engagement, recruitment activities, workforce administration and HR projects.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

• Provide comprehensive operational HR support for employees and managers across HARMAN Lifestyle Hungary locations (Pécs, Budapest and Székesfehérvár).
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data changes, transfers and offboarding activities.
• Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and case management in line with company policies and labour legislation.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection activities for blue-collar positions, including coordinating and conducting assessment centers and related administration.
• Maintain close cooperation with recruitment agencies, staffing partners and external service providers.
• Lead and support internal and external employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employee engagement events to strengthen HARMAN's employer brand and attract top talent.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports and support workforce-related data analysis.
• Perform HR administration activities in Workday, ServiceNow and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in local and global HR projects aimed at improving people processes and employee experience.
• Coordinate and manage internal HR communications to ensure transparent and effective information sharing across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with managers and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and organizational effectiveness.

What Makes You A Strong Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Working knowledge of English and fluent Hungarian language skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour law and HR processes.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of international HR practices and working within a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or geographically dispersed teams.
