As part of a maternity leave replacement, Micropep is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to ensure continuity of HR operations. During the assignment, you will be the sole in-house HR contact and will work autonomously across a broad range of HR activities, supported by external partners when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employment contracts, amendments and employee records.
Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with the external payroll provider.
Oversee the completion of the 2026 training plan.
Coordinate the annual performance review cycle and People Reviews.
Support the rollout of HR projects.
Monitor health & safety topics, including the DUERP and related action plans.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
Profile
You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role and solid knowledge of HR administration and payroll processes. You are organized, detail-oriented, autonomous and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You enjoy working in a hands-on environment and building strong relationships with employees and managers.
Fluent French required
Professional English required
Experience with Lucca is mandatory
Knowledge of Silae is a plus
