An unserem Standort in Niederlenz suchen wir im Bereich Human Resources eine/n
Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung allgemeiner HR-Administrationsaufgaben und Korrespondenz, einschließlich des Datenmanagements in HR-Datensystemen und der Pflege elektronischer Personalakten
- Koordination der Onboarding- und Neueinstellungsprozesse sowie der Offboarding-Aktivitäten, einschließlich aller administrativen Aufgaben
- Übernahme von Recruiting-Aufgaben für neue Mitarbeitende, Praktikanten, Auszubildende und temporär Angestellte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting-Team
- Unterstützung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden bei verschiedenen Anfragen
- Mitwirkung bei Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit Audits, wie internen und externen SOX-Audits sowie Lohn- und Gehaltsaudits, in Kooperation mit der Finanzabteilung
- Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten
- Vorbereitung und Abstimmung bei HR-Reporting für unterschiedliche Funktionen
- Lernenden Ausbildung (Berufsbildner)
- Verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung und Ausbildung unserer kaufmännischen Auszubildenden
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Ausbildungsprogramme der kaufmännischen Auszubildenden
- Leistungsbewertung der Auszubildenden mit allen kaufmännischen Auszubildenden (zweimal im Jahr), Unterstützung und Betreuung der Auszubildenden
- Beratung und Unterstützung aller Ausbilder der Auszubildenden (aller Berufe)
Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum HR-Fachausweis/HR-Sachbearbeiter
- Idealerweise Erfahrung und Abschluss (Berufsbildner) in der Ausbildung von Auszubildenden oder Bereitschaft, sich zertifizieren zu lassen und die Aufgaben zu übernehmen
- Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Programme, insbesondere Excel
- Anwenderkenntnisse eines HR-Informationssystems (z. B. Workday) wären von Vorteil
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Kenntnisse der HR-Administrationsprozesse mit einigen Jahren Erfahrung in einer HR-Abteilung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen
