What you’ll do

  • Work across multiple areas of HR including: General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance. Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance. Employee and labor relations and communications. Rewards program coordinator and/or administration. Relocation services (domestic and international), immigration services, and HR-related training
  • Be the point of contact in LATAM for questions regarding HR program and policies, and anything HR related, redirect or escalate issues to the People Strategy & Operations team as needed
  • Be the point of contact in LATAM for employee relations matters, and conduct thorough an objective investigation as needed
  • Advise managers on people management (i.e. performance management, timekeeping compliance, etc.)
  • Partner with business leaders, other HR functions and legal teams to build and optimize processes and policies
  • Conduct exit interviews, providing themes and feedback to leadership
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Translate HR data into insights and action plan to improve employee experience and engagement

What we’re looking for

  • A  minimum of 5  years of HR experience or equivalent positions 
  • An advanced level of English is required for the position 
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus 
  • Experience in stakeholder management as you will have constant interaction with managers and coworkers 
  • Attention to detail, and proven organizational skills
  • Ability to instill trust and influence
  • Knowledge in federal, state and local and labor laws
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to navigate and influence stakeholders in different levels and organizations
