We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions including compensation benefits, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in C&B operation
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns
- Help maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Participate in organizing employee activities and wellness programs
- Assist in drafting HR policies, templates, and internal communications
- Support data entry and reporting tasks using HR software and Excel
- Participate in other HR projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Have relevant intern experiences is value added
Location State(s)
US-California-Palo AltoThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $20.78 to $38.08 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
