By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid work model based at our Bucharest office.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data changes, leave and absence management, and offboarding transactions;

• Maintain accurate employee records and process HR transactions using designated HR systems and operational tools;

• Manage employee inquiries and case management activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR-related requests;

• Prepare and maintain employee documentation, including employment-related letters, contractual amendments, confirmations, and other HR documents;

• Support benefits administration activities and employee lifecycle changes in line with established policies and procedures;

• Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders and third-party providers to support the delivery of HR operational services;

• Prepare, maintain and validate HR records, reports and documentation in line with compliance and audit requirements;

• Contribute to process documentation, knowledge management activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills that make your work successful:

• You have B2 German & English language skills;

• Bachelor’s degree;

• Experience in HR, Customer Service, or related fields is nice to have.

• Negotiation skills;

• You are a team-player;

• You can solve urgent matters.
