Tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics and provide day-to-day HR advice and support
- Own and, together with the HR Specialist, manage the full employee lifecycle, including HR administration (onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers), talent management processes (performance management and development), and the annual compensation cycle
- Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and policies with a focus on digitalisation, efficiency, and employee experience
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll inputs
- Support talent acquisition activities and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with global colleagues
- Contribute to and support group-wide HR projects and initiatives
- Support the planning and organisation of employee engagement activities and company events in Switzerland
- This role reports to the VP Human Resources based in Dietikon, Switzerland
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (University or FH). Additional HR qualifications are an advantage (e.g., HR Fachfrau/Fachmann)
- Minimum 3–5 years of broad HR experience
- Good knowledge of Swiss employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
- Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial working style with a hands-on mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Passion for improving HR effectiveness through digitalisation, process optimisation, and a strong employee experience focus
- Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of English and German
