Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
* Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the biotech and hospital sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and collaborate with departmental heads.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to handle HR data and generate reports.
