You'll join the Engagement Platforms Chapter within HR, where we're focused on improving the employee experience through innovative digital solutions.

Working closely with HR stakeholders, business teams and technology partners, you'll help design, build and continuously improve the digital experiences employees rely on every day. From our HR chatbot and voice platforms to new Generative AI capabilities, you'll play a key role in making HR services easier to access, more intuitive and more engaging.

What you'll do

  • Partner with HR stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business and employee needs, translating them into practical digital solutions and platform improvements.
  • Design, build and continuously improve HR chatbot, conversational AI and voice experiences.
  • Analyse employee interactions to identify opportunities to improve usability, self-service adoption and overall employee experience.
  • Explore and prototype new AI and Generative AI capabilities that enhance HR services.
  • Configure, test and validate chatbot, telephony and conversational AI solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues across chatbot and voice platforms, working with technical teams to identify root causes and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Evaluate new AWS capabilities across Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect and related services to identify opportunities that enhance HR experiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities and platform enhancements.
  • Document solution designs, recommendations and outcomes, and share knowledge across the team.

What you’ll bring

Experience in some of the following is beneficial, but we don't expect you to have everything from day one:

  • AWS Lex, Amazon Connect or similar conversational AI and voice platforms.
  • Application support, troubleshooting and problem investigation.
  • Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Cloud technologies, APIs or system integrations.
  • Scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
  • An interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, prompt engineering or conversational design.
  • Experience with HR technology or digital employee experience platforms is advantageous but not essential.
