General Overview:
We are currently partnering with a leading multinational organization within the insurance sector to hire an HR / Emiratization Officer based in Dubai. This full-time, onsite role offers an excellent opportunity for an Emirati graduate to play a strategic part in strengthening nationalization initiatives within a well-established corporate environment.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of Emiratization strategies across recruitment, employee development, engagement, and retention, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support UAEN hiring initiatives, partnering with universities, government entities, and relevant employment platforms
- Represent the organization at Emiratization-focused events, career fairs, and networking initiatives
- Develop and implement training, development, and career progression programs for Emirati employees
- Monitor employee engagement and attrition trends, proposing and implementing retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with Emiratization targets and labour regulations
- Manage and maintain reporting across relevant government portals and regulatory platforms
- Prepare regular reports and insights on nationalization progress and workforce metrics
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to embed Emiratization goals within business functions
Key Requirements:
- Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role – mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR or Emiratization within a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of nationalization frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
- Proactive, organized, and able to operate in a structured corporate environment
- Willingness to work full-time, onsite (5 days per week) in Dubai
