What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the company’s Human Resources strategy.
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Lead talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning.
- Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HR operations.
- Use data and metrics to improve organizational effectiveness and decision-making.
- Lead HR process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Manufacturing experience required; EMS or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience leading organizational change, talent development, and performance management.

Technology & Digital Capability
- Leverages modern HR technologies, collaboration platforms, and analytics tools to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel for workforce analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting, budgeting, and strategic workforce planning.
- Experience using Atlassian Confluence and Jira to manage documentation, workflows, projects, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS and payroll platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or equivalent systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
