As a Vice President, HR Data Privacy in Human Resources and Employee Experience Chief Data Office, you will execute key transformation initiatives across Human Resources while strengthening data protection and compliance. You will lead data-centered projects with a focus on privacy risk identification, mitigation, and governance. You will influence stakeholders to embed privacy standards into day-to-day decisions and controls. You will help foster a culture of data security across HR.
Job responsibilities
- Own HR compliance with our firmwide Cookies and Digital Tracking Elements standard, including governance, inventory, scanning, and controls over cookies and digital tracking elements across HR digital channels.
- Execute and manage HR data privacy incidents and global case governance processes, ensuring timely resolution, risk-based escalation, and adherence to applicable privacy requirements.
- Conduct data protection impact assessments for in-scope artificial intelligence and data use cases to identify and mitigate privacy risk, including legitimate interest assessments where required.
- Maintain HR Records of Processing Activities inventory and related documentation to support accuracy, currency, transparency, and accountability across HR data processing.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Firmwide Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Technology Controls to establish and enforce guardrails for HR data use and protection.
- Engage senior HR and Risk and Compliance stakeholders in the United States and Latin America forums as a subject matter expert on data privacy, incident management, and emerging regulations impacting workforce data.

- 8 years of experience in data privacy, data governance, compliance, risk management, or a related field
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or another regulated industry
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently
- Strong risk and control mindset with attention to detail
