Your Role:
As an HR Data Analyst, you’ll do more than crunch numbers—you’ll be a strategic partner to our HR and Finance teams, translating complex data into actionable strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. From developing dashboards that track critical metrics to providing insights that optimize hiring and performance management, your work will directly impact Cask’s success and employee experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Dive into Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from HRIS, payroll systems, and surveys to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
- Build Visual Stories: Create compelling reports and dashboards to communicate findings to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Elevate HR Functions: Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies, compensation plans, and employee engagement programs.
- Leverage Tech: Manage and enhance HR systems and collaborate with IT for seamless integrations, and stay ahead of HR tech trends.
- Ensure Compliance: Safeguard sensitive data through rigorous security practices and compliance with data privacy laws.
- Drive Projects: Lead and support HR initiatives, working cross-functionally to implement innovative, data-driven solutions.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in HR analytics or similar data-focused roles.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or ServiceNow.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in predictive analytics a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex data clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and a passion for driving positive change.
- Experience in professional services is a bonus!
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or data analytics (e.g., CAP).

Note: Base salary range is $90,000 to $115.000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
