Position Summary
Princeton MedSpa Partners is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team.
This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Human Resources function across a fast-growing, multi-state organization. The HR Coordinator will partner closely with HR leadership and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys supporting employees and leaders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and remains calm and professional when priorities shift. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of HR, including onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, payroll support, compliance, employee documentation, and HR systems.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the new hire onboarding and employee offboarding process, including background checks, I-9s, new hire documentation, and required employment paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files, ensuring required documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Maintain employee information in Paycor, including new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes, promotions, and other employee status changes.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and clinic leaders, responding to routine questions and escalating employee relations or other sensitive matters to HR leadership.
  • Support benefits administration, including new hire enrollments, eligibility changes, qualifying life events, Open Enrollment, and routine employee benefit questions.
  • Provide administrative support for leave administration, including tracking documentation and assisting with FMLA, ADA, state leave programs, and company leave processes.
  • Support payroll administration by reviewing employee information, processing approved changes, assisting with payroll audits, and helping resolve employee payroll questions.
  • Prepare employment verifications, employee communications, HR correspondence, and other documentation as needed.
  • Track required licenses, certifications, compliance training, and outstanding employee documentation and follow up with employees and managers as necessary.
  • Assist with HR audits and ensure employee records remain accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Troubleshoot routine Paycor and HR system questions and assist employees with system access.
  • Develop and maintain HR forms, templates, tracking tools, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support employee integrations, acquisitions, HR projects, and other organizational initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
  • 1–3 years of Human Resources, HR administration, or related business operations experience.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized when priorities change.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Preferred
  • Experience with Paycor or another HCM/HRIS platform.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, retail, hospitality, or multi-location organizations.
  • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
  • Experience with employee onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and HR compliance.
