The HR Administrator works with a variety of people across the organization to support onboarding, offboarding, checking in with new hires during stay interviews, and handling other administrative HR tasks. This role will handle the implementation and organization of projects in the HR department and ensure their completion before deadlines. In addition, this role will create, manage, and finalize the annual Performance Review for the entire company.
What You’ll Do…
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee support, delivering timely, solution-oriented assistance with a strong customer service approach.
- Manage the performance review process, including updating job descriptions, creating templates, launching the review system, and following up to ensure timely completion.
- Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager by scheduling interviews, reviewing candidate screenings, sending offer letters, and preparing onboarding materials.
- Conduct stay interviews at 30/90/180 days to gather feedback and support employee integration.
- Distribute engagement surveys for new hires at key milestones (first week, 30 days, 90 days, one year, and two.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed…
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment required.
- 2+ years of Real Estate/Property Management experience preferred.
- HRIS Certificate preferred.
- Knowledge of multi-state employment law.
- Unquestionable integrity, ethics, and empathy.
- Ability to handle confidential information and build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Solution-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS technology.
- Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.
- If minimum qualifications are met during resume screening the Wonderlic pre-employment assessment is required. The assessment will arrive in the email inbox that you provided.
