Job Description

HR Coordinator/ HR Administrative assistant will involve in a wide range of HR administrative duties and support activities, keeping constant communication with the employees, guiding the employees through the HR processes, policies and procedures complying with regulations, keeping a close communication with the employees to address a wide range of queries in order to ensure our HR division is well organized and operates smoothly to entice and hire new talent and retain our existing employees.


This is an entry or junior level position with 1-3+ years of experience in relevant field is desired.

 

HR coordinator responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
  • Maintaining Employee relationship and coordination.
  • Coordinating on employee on-boarding and exit processes.
  • Coordinate constant communication with employees.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support.
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Orientation to newly hired employees
  • Record keeping, hard and soft copies of the documents.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Good understanding of administering employee benefits and payroll mechanism.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, Excel in particular)
  • Proficient with creating spreadsheets
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills

  • Degree in Human Resources, Services Administration, or related field,
