We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator with a passion for talent acquisition and HR ops. You’ll be our primary candidate ambassador - screening applicants, driving the hiring process, and keeping our HR systems, compliance, and culture running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities-
Recruiting & Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, assess candidate fit, schedule interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience for frontline positions.

HR Systems Administration: Serve as the main admin for HR platforms-handling troubleshooting and system maintenance.

Onboarding & Orientation: Partner with managers to present HR orientation materials and provide an engaging new-hire experience.

Compliance & Reporting: Manage quarterly technician reporting (L&I technician hours), track licensing renewals, and maintain accurate training/employee records.

Culture & Safety: Support Safety Committee efforts and bring energy to employee engagement through the Fun Committee.

Process Improvement: Spot bottlenecks and share feedback with leadership to streamline HR workflows and improve workplace efficiency.
