Commitment and Duration
Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
Responsibilities Execute the client’s 2025 content plans by
- Writing and editing blog posts, optimized for SEO
- Drafting and creating guides
- Writing content for the client’s website

Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in HR compliance and copywriting.
- Experience as an HR practitioner (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pay reporting, pay equity, pay transparency, affirmative action planning, compensation compliance, and labor/employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and conversion-focused content.
- SHRM or HRIS certification (optional but a plus).
