PPG, leader mondial dans le domaine des revêtements et matériaux spécialisés, recherche un(e) Juriste Senior en Droit Social (CDI) pour rejoindre sa Direction Juridique & Affaires Sociales France & FOS (French Overseas & Suriname).

Au sein d'un groupe international évoluant dans un environnement industriel exigeant et en constante transformation, vous intervenez comme partenaire privilégié des équipes RH et des managers sur l'ensemble des problématiques de droit social.

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Juridique & Affaires Sociales France, vous occupez un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe et êtes appelé(e) à agir en véritable relai sur les sujets de relations sociales et de conseil en droit du travail.

Missions principales

 Relations sociales
  • Préparer, organiser et participer en toute autonomie aux réunions des Instances Représentatives du Personnel (CSE, CSSCT et commissions associées)
  • Assurer le suivi des consultations récurrentes et ponctuelles ;
  • Participer aux négociations collectives avec les organisations syndicales ;
  • Veiller à la bonne application des accords collectifs et assurer leur suivi ;
  • Accompagner les équipes RH sur les problématiques collectives et anticiper les risques sociaux.
Conseil en droit social
  • Conseiller et accompagner les équipes RH ainsi que les managers sur l'ensemble des questions de droit du travail individuel et collectif ;
  • Sécuriser les procédures disciplinaires, les ruptures de contrat et les situations individuelles complexes ;
  • Participer à l'élaboration, la mise à jour et l'harmonisation des politiques et procédures internes.
Contentieux et projets stratégiques
  • Piloter les contentieux prud'homaux en lien avec les conseils externes et définir les stratégies de défense ;
  • Assurer le suivi des précontentieux et des situations à risque ;
  • Participer aux projets de transformation de l'entreprise et aux éventuelles opérations de réorganisation ou restructuration ;
  • Contribuer à la sécurisation juridique et sociale des projets stratégiques du Groupe.
Veille et conformité
  • Assurer une veille juridique et sociale proactive ;
  • Identifier les évolutions législatives et conventionnelles susceptibles d'impacter l'activité ;
  • Participer à la diffusion de la culture droit social auprès des équipes RH et opérationnelles.

Profil recherché
  • Titulaire d'un Master 2 en Droit Social ;
  • Vous justifiez de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en droit social, acquise au sein d'un groupe international, d'une entreprise industrielle ou d'un cabinet d'avocats reconnu ;
  • Vous disposez d'une solide expertise en relations sociales et êtes en mesure de préparer et conduire de manière autonome les réunions avec les représentants du personnel ;
  • Vous avez une expérience significative de la négociation collective et de l'accompagnement des projets de transformation ;
  • Vous maîtrisez la gestion des contentieux et précontentieux individuels ;
  • Votre anglais est professionnel et vous permet d'interagir avec les équipes du Groupe.

Skills Required

  • Master 2 degree in Employment Law
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in employment law
  • Experience in an international group, industrial company, or recognized law firm
  • Strong expertise in employee and labor relations
  • Ability to independently prepare and lead meetings with employee representatives
  • Significant experience in collective bargaining
  • Experience supporting business transformation projects
  • Experience managing individual employment litigation and pre-litigation matters
  • Professional English proficiency
